We are pleased to announce that the Fairhaven Community located in Upper Sandusky, Ohio is the fourth community of United Church Homes Network, and the most recent of our partners to launch the Comfort Matters program.
ACTORS FUND HOME ACHIEVES MAJOR MILE STONE AS AN ACCREDITED PROVIDER OF COMFORT MATTERS
June 7, 2017: After many months of dedicated application of Comfort Matters principals and demonstration of competencies in caring for their residents that have problems thinking, The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, NJ, has become the first Community in New Jersey and the latest Comfort Matters provider to become an accredited Comfort Matters provider.
Fellowship Square – Phoenix, Arizona
Fellowship Square – Phoenix , a Christian Care community, has recently joined the Comfort Matters family and will begin implementation of the Comfort Matters program at their organization on the week of September 26th. Fellowship Square Phoenix offers independent living, assisted living, a skilled nursing center as well as a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency on 20 acres in the heart of North Central Phoenix. The property boasts beautiful park-like grounds which enhances the warmth and fellowship found within the community. We are so pleased have the opportunity to add them to the growing number of organizations that Comfort Matters has the privilege of working with.
