We are very pleased to announce that, on March 27, 2017, the Trinity Community of Beaver Creek, OH, (part of the United Church Homes Care Communities), has joined the Comfort Matters family of Memory Care providers. Trinity is the second of the United Church Homes communities to launch Comfort Matters.
Chapel Hill Community completes first week of Comfort Matters implementation
